Fix 02 of 04

The people a site loses never tell you.

Can people find you on Google, and does ChatGPT recommend you or your competitor? We check your SEO and AI search and fix what’s in the way. Once people land, we look for busy pages with no next step, forms that break quietly, phone numbers you can’t tap and checkouts that ask too much. Then we build the fix: landing pages, stores, booking and payments, tested on every device and watched once they are live. When something breaks, we hear about it first and fix it.

  1. Most sites are built, handed over and forgotten.

  2. The form breaks, and nobody notices for weeks.

  3. So we build your site around one job: selling.

  4. A clear offer, and one clear next step.

  5. Landing pages, stores, booking and payments.

  6. A visitor lands, reads, books and pays.

  7. Tested on every device before it goes live.

  8. Then we keep it secure and current.

  9. Updates and backups run. Uptime and speed are watched.

  10. If something breaks, we get the alert and fix it.

  11. Built to sell. Kept working.

01 / Landing pages

One page, one offer, one next step.

We start with what you sell and who it is for, then build the page around one next step: book a call, buy, or join the list. Every heading and image has to move someone toward it.

You see the page as a wireframe first, so the order and the argument are settled before anything gets polished. The copy is written with you, in your voice.

Wireframe first, then words and pictures. The button is the point of the page.

02 / Stores, booking and payments

Book or buy, then pay, without leaving the site.

Online stores, course sales, calendars for calls and sessions, card payments and subscriptions. We wire them into the site, so a visitor goes from reading to paid in a few clicks, and the confirmation goes out without you sending it.

We use proven tools, such as Shopify, Stripe or Cal.com, with the accounts in your name. If you move later, your products, bookings and customers move with you.

Two visitors: one books a call, one buys a course. Both pay, and both get a receipt.

03 / Tested before launch

Tested on every device before it goes live.

Before launch we go through the site on phones, tablets and desktops, check how fast it loads, send every form and run a real test payment. Whatever we find is fixed before a customer sees it.

Most of these checks are automated, so they run again after every update, not just once. You get a short launch list of what was tested and when.

We also check your SEO and AI search, sometimes called GEO: whether Google can read each page, and what the AI tools say when someone asks who to use. We fix what’s in the way. Nobody can honestly promise a ranking or a place in an AI answer, so we don’t.

Phone, tablet and desktop, then speed, forms and checkout. A form issue is caught and fixed before launch.

04 / Kept current

Secure and current after launch, and watched.

We stay on the site after launch. Updates are applied, backups are saved, and uptime and speed are watched. If checkout or a form stops working, the alert comes to us, so you hear about it from us and not from a customer.

Every change goes in a log you can read: in Notion if your team works in the cloud, or as plain markdown files in Obsidian on your own machine. When you want a new page or a new offer, you ask us, and it goes on the same site, not a rebuild.

Week one: everything checks out. Week two: checkout goes down, the alert comes to us and a fix ships.

05 / How we build it

4 steps

From the first call to a site that keeps selling.

  1. 01

    Audit

A short call and a look at your current site, or at your offer if there is no site yet. We check your SEO and AI search, find where visitors drop off and work out what the site has to do.

  2. 02

    Plan and write

We agree the pages and the next step on each, and write the copy with you, in your words. You see a wireframe before any design.

  3. 03

    Build and test

We build it, wire in booking, store and payments, and test it on every device, with a real test payment, before it goes live.

  4. 04

    Keep it current

Updates, backups and monitoring after launch, and changes when you need them. You keep the same contact throughout.

Every project starts with an audit: a short list of the gaps, biggest first. Quoted after a short call.
